1. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customized or personalized items (such as nameplates or made-to-order designs) cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized/personalized products.
Products purchased on clearance or final sale.
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping charges, if applicable).
4. Return Process
Contact us with your order details and reason for return.
Our support team will review your request and provide instructions.
Ship the product back to us in secure packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within  5–7 days business days  to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchanges, please contact us.
